About the Speaker: 
Andrew Rosa joined the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, in May 1997.  From 1997 to 2003, he litigated civil matters for the Transportation, Energy, and Agriculture Section in Washington, DC.  Since October 2003, he has been a criminal prosecutor in the Chicago Office of the Antitrust Division.  Before joining the Department of Justice, he worked in the Washington office of Rogers & Wells and clerked for the Honorable Thomas Penfield Jackson at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.  He is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and the University of Washington in Seattle.  Before attending law school he served as an officer in the U.S. Navy.
