Executing in Complexity & Uncertainty

Presentation Overview:
For more than 30 years, FranklinCovey has studied the question of why some organizations execute with excellence while others falter at perhaps unprecedented levels, especially in times of uncertainty and complexity.

We have found that every organization has pockets of great performance — units or teams where customers are delighted, employees are engaged, and the economics are strong. The difference between these great performers and their lesser-performing counterparts is the level and intensity of focus given to their highest priorities.

During this Live-Online ISM meeting, we will have an interactive discussion around:

  • How to prioritize strategic actions.
  • What it means to close an execution gap.
  • How to achieve behavior change at scale to dramatically impact business results.
  • How to measure the amount of cross organizational energy being applied to your most important strategic goals.

The content discussed is powered by principles from The 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX®) that have been tested and refined by thousands of organizations worldwide.

Tuesday, April 21 at Noon (Central Time)

Virtual Meeting conducted on Zoom.  Join us right from your home or office!
